The Structural Lumber Grading training will provide certification under the Tennessee Native Species Lumber Act (TNSL Act) to those attendees that pass the test. The TNSL Act enables certified graders to grade lumber for structural applications for compliance with relevant building codes. The training course is one day in length and includes background information, a practice test and the actual test. Participants will be notified at the end of class if they passed the test.
